Join Our Team as a Station Manager – Lead, Manage, and Drive Success!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet. Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives. Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
- Sales and Financial Management: Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services. Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
- Fleet Management: Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well‑maintained, clean, and ready for rental. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs. Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers. Oversee proper documentation and record‑keeping for all transactions.
