Position: Sales Account Manager – IBERIA region
Company overview: A premier manufacturer in the computer hardware industry, DeepCool is delivering high‐quality solutions in computer cases, power supplies, coolers, and accessories for customers in over 70 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Manage the promotion and sales of DeepCool products—including computer cases, power supplies, coolers, and accessories—in the Iberia region.

Proactively engage existing customers and potential clients for DeepCool's in‐market sales activities and participate in industry events to generate new sales leads.

Conduct targeted market research to identify and cultivate potential direct customers within the computer hardware industry and provide valuable market intelligence to DeepCool's Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.

Develop and manage local distribution channels to strengthen DeepCool's brand presence in the Iberia region.

Submit weekly reports to the Regional Manager, providing sales performance analysis and insights on the assigned markets.

Serve as a key account manager for customers in these markets; devise and execute marketing strategies with an in‐depth understanding of customer requirements.

Focus on retail and system‐integration channel development in this region, collaborating closely with the Regional Manager to spearhead and implement channel strategy.

Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with marketing information, quotes, opportunities, projects, etc.

Oversee product inventory and monitor market competition for effective decision‐making by the Regional Sales Manager.

Undertake additional tasks such as assisting in the development of channel and media marketing, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director for Europe & Africa markets.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales or procurement experience in the relevant product category, with established channel relationships.

Good knowledge of the computer hardware market in the Iberia region, including an understanding of local distribution structures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in both Spanish and English is essential.

Portuguese is a plus.

Results‐driven, self‐motivated, and capable of working independently.

Educational background: a university degree in IT, technology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
