We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Your mission as a Customer Trade Marketing Manager is to act as the bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution, ensuring that brand plans are effectively translated into impactful trade activities across all customer touchpoints.
The Position Objective will be:
- Translate FMCG brand strategy into tailored plans for the Top Customers in Spain.
- Analyze and manage the 4Ps for each client.
- Develop customized business plans including assortment, displays, pricing, and promotions.
- Partner with KAMs to ensure sustainable growth across accounts.
Your responsibilities
