The Opportunity
The Client Solutions Lead – Security role is a senior commercial and pre-sales leadership position within the organization’s cybersecurity practice. The role focuses on defining and driving go-to-market strategy, shaping value propositions, and supporting complex client engagements related to modern security solutions.
The position acts as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning security strategies with business priorities and risk considerations, while working closely with internal sales, delivery, and partner teams. The scope covers identity, cloud security, threat protection, and security operations within a large enterprise technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Go-to-Market
* Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for the security portfolio in alignment with regional leadership and strategic technology partners. • Design and structure value propositions and repeatable offerings that clearly articulate business value, return on investment, and time-to-value.
* Contribute to the launch of joint initiatives and campaigns with strategic partners, aligned with key security themes such as Zero Trust, identity, threat protection, and security operations.
Client and Partner Engagement
* Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CISO, CIO, CTO, and risk and compliance leaders, to understand strategic challenges and shape appropriate responses.
* Lead executive-level and technical workshops and advisory sessions on security topics, supporting decision-making and solution design.
* Act as a market-facing representative of the security practice in client forums, industry events, and professional communities.
Commercial Support and Pre-Sales
* Work closely with sales and delivery teams to structure high-impact proposals and commercial responses to complex client needs.
* Support the development of proposals, including effort estimation, solution design, and team configuration.
* Actively participate in pre-sales activities, client presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
* Advise clients on the adoption, configuration, and operation of enterprise security solutions, bringing credibility and hands-on expertise.
Leadership and Culture
* Collaborate with highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development of both technical and commercial capabilities within the broader security practice.
Location
The role is based in Spain, with flexibility depending on business needs and client engagement requirements.
