Position
Inside Sales Manager - overseeing a team of 6 Aftermarket Sales Representatives across the UK, Eastern Europe, and Nordics. Focus on supervising sales activities, ensuring adherence to processes, and implementing strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision:
o Manage 6 Aftermarket Sales Representatives, ensuring daily performance and a minimum of 15 calls per day.
o Conduct two annual site visits per team member for coaching and support.
o Drive ongoing training in partnership with Sales Operations.
2. Sales Process & Strategy Execution:
o Ensure compliance with the sales process and organizational standards.
o Develop and manage calling strategies to boost customer engagement and lead generation.
o Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
3. CRM Management:
o Ensure CRM compliance through regular audits and accurate data entry.
o Manage dashboards to track sales metrics and performance indicators.
4. Performance Monitoring:
o Track KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
o Review monthly forecasts and adjust strategies to meet targets.
5. Interdepartmental Coordination:
o Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
o Handle escalated conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in a sales supervisory role, ideally in an outbound calling environment.
* Fluent English; other languages such as German, Polish, French, Italian, or Dutch are an asset.
* Strong commercial and sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving results.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards.
* Exceptional leadership, people-management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
* Availability for travel within Europe for meetings and site visits.
