Job Summary
In this role, you will support the P&P; Manager by delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc analysis and reporting because this position is highly data-driven, we require candidates with 2–3 years of daily, hands‑on SQL experience. You will be expected to work extensively with SQL queries on a regular basis, take ownership of data investigations, and collaborate with teams across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance.
- Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Create presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support project initiatives with data-driven analysis.
- Use SQL daily to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting needs.
- Leverage Tableau and Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure consistent data quality, including SQL‑based checks for accuracy.
- Coach P&P; Analysts, especially in SQL best practices and data handling.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders.
Skillset and Experience Required
- 2–3 years of daily, practical SQL experience — this is essential for the role.
- Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries independently.
- Strong analytical and data‑modeling skills.
- Proven experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or other data-heavy environments.
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
