About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
Drive end‐to‐end planning, execution, and delivery of multi‐phase R&D projects;
maintain integrated timelines, budgets, and scope;
manage dependencies across discovery, preclinical, and translational teams.
Data‐Driven Decision Support:
Use
BioTuring
to synthesize single‐cell/omics insights (e.G., target validation, biomarker hypotheses) and
BenchSci
to optimize experimental plans (e.G., reagent selection, literature evidence), integrating outputs into project charters and decision logs.
Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate cross‐functional working groups (Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Translational, Clinical Ops, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Quality). Align teams on milestones, risks, and success criteria.
Risk & Issue Management:
Build and maintain RAID logs;
run scenario planning and mitigation strategies;
elevate critical path issues with clear, solution‐oriented options.
Governance & Reporting:
Prepare materials for governance forums;
deliver concise status updates, dashboards, and readouts for executive audiences.
Budget & Vendor Oversight:
Track burn rates;
manage SOWs and vendor performance (CROs, data/platform providers);
ensure compliance with internal quality and data governance standards.
Process Excellence:
Champion PMO best practices (stage gates, change control, lessons learned);
drive continuous improvement and knowledge management.
Enablement & Training:
Upskill project teams on effective use of BioTuring and BenchSci;
develop quick‐start guides and SOPs for consistent, high‐impact use.
Qualifications
Required:
7–10+ years of progressive project/program management experience within biotech, pharma, or life‐science tech;
strong foundation in discovery or translational R&D.
Demonstrated,
hands‐on experience with BenchSci
(e.G., AI‐assisted antibody selection, experimental design insights, literature evidence mapping) embedded in planning and trial‐readiness workflows.
Proven track record driving complex, cross‐functional projects to milestone delivery (IND‐enabling studies, target triage, biomarker strategy, or platform validation).
Mastery of core PM skills: WBS, critical path, integrated schedules, cost management, risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication: able to translate scientific complexity into executive‐ready updates and actionable work plans.
Proficiency with project tools (e.G., Smartsheet/MS Project/Jira), collaboration suites (M365), and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
Preferred:
Advanced degree in life sciences (MS/PhD)
or
MBA with strong scientific literacy.
Experience in single‐cell/omics data environments, target discovery pipelines, or translational biomarker programs.
Familiarity with validated systems (GxP context), data governance, and privacy/compliance in R&D.
Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.
Strategic systems thinker with bias for action.

8+ years of experience in
IT project management, preferably in large‐scale digital transformation programs involving
HR systems ,

Proven track record managing
end‐to‐end technical migration and integration projects, including governance, risk & issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong knowledge of
Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands‐on experience using

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Lead the
end‐to‐end delivery
of a Core HR integration and migration program across multiple European countries.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive
project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Establish and manage a robust
governance model, including steering committees, KPI dashboards, risk & issue logs, and progress reporting.
Coordinate
stakeholder communication
across HR, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee
change management and training activities, ensuring smooth adoption of the new HR platform.
Manage
demand and scope
through JIRA, ensuring alignment with enterprise application strategy.
Ensure compliance with
data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements

Senior Project Manager
with strong experience in life‐sciences data platforms—specifically
Datavisyn and Causal Bio (Causaly) .
The ideal candidate will lead cross‐functional teams to deliver complex biomedical data‐driven projects, oversee stakeholder alignment, and drive successful implementation of advanced scientific analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with R&D, data science, and informatics teams to translate scientific requirements into actionable project plans.
Oversee integration of Datavisyn's visual analytics capabilities into customer workflows, supporting interactive exploration of large, multi‐source biomedical datasets.
Manage deployment and adoption of Causaly's AI‐powered knowledge graph, ensuring teams leverage causal inference and advanced information retrieval for scientific decision‐making.
Facilitate cross‐functional communication, manage risks, dependencies, and timelines, and ensure high‐quality deliverables.
Provide technical oversight during solution design, data integration, and platform customization.
Prepare project documentation, governance frameworks, and progress reporting for stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, including evaluation of emerging analytics and AI technologies relevant to biomedical R&D.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field.
5–10+ years
of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific software environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving:
Datavisyn data‐visualization platforms
such as Ordino or Aevidence.
Causal Bio (Causaly)
AI platforms, including use of knowledge graphs, scientific RAG, or AI copilots for biomedical research.
Proven ability to manage complex multi‐stakeholder projects with technical and scientific components.
Strong understanding of drug discovery processes, biomarkers, target identification, or disease‐mechanism analysis.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data integration across heterogeneous biomedical sources.
Familiarity with visual analytics, knowledge‐graph‐based reasoning, or AI governance frameworks.
PMP, Agile/Scrum, or other project management certifications.
