Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As an International Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent from around the world to meet the needs of our global organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, inclusive, and aligned with our company's values and goals. Additionally, you may be involved in various HR-related projects as needed. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific talent needs for various operational roles, mainly based in Barcelona and Alcobendas. These roles span across service experts, technical support agents, technical roles, customer service, engineering, internships and other related fields. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct preliminary screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, languages, skills, and cultural fit. Utilize modern recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience. Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition of candidates from the recruitment phase to the onboarding phase. Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, work permit regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure compliant international hiring processes. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Lead, run and execute other HR projects like: User Experience, Candidate Experience, Competence Model. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). This is a junior vacancy but we require proven experience as recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a global organization for 1 to 2 years. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing tools, and HR databases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively in a complex matrix organization. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels. Knowledge of employment law, work permits, and labour law. Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous. Fluency in Spanish (C1 Level or Higher) and English (C1 Level or Higher), other european languages will be a big plus. This is a hybrid position. Workplace is based in Barcelona. Candidates must be based in Barcelona. Sponsorship for employment visas, even for NIE numbers for Europeans, will not be awarded.
