Position Overview
We are seeking bright, articulate, and self-motivated candidates who have a desire to grow their sales career. Selected candidates will have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm demonstrating initiative and professionalism. Our Inside Service Sales Representatives are responsible for a targeted territory’s service revenue, selling service contract renewals, upselling services, and selling professional services and training.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for renewal quoting and upselling in a specified region/territory.
2. Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas on the assigned region/territory.
3. Weekly forecasting and commitments – Service Team with Partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into existing customer base, creating incremental pipeline and revenue.
4. Create proactive and reactive quotes for customers and partners, including facilitating special pricing requests.
5. Verify serial numbers and RMA's.
6. Manage service contracts and renewals for customers in the assigned region/territory.
7. Manage service sales campaigns and promotions for the region/territory.
8. Chase service renewal opportunities.
9. Maintain regular pipeline and opportunity reporting, both internally and externally, including SalesForce hygiene.
10. Spot product upsell opportunities and collaborate with the product account team.
11. Work with internal teams to ensure data integrity and manage service orders.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2+ years in Inside Sales experience.
2. Strong telephone communication skills and comfort calling on clients.
3. Desire to grow a career in Service Sales using Consultative Sales techniques.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
5. College Degree preferred.
6. Interest and knowledge of software/hardware technologies preferred.
7. Experience with Computer Networking technologies is a bonus.
8. Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
9. Experience with SalesForce.com required.
10. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
11. Strong German and English communication skills.
12. Up to 5% travel requirement.
