Within the Global Training Department, this person will work closely with HRIS teams, Direct Operations and Indirect Network, and other Disciplines.**What you will do**:- Provide learning management system (LMS) training and support- Provide guidance and best practices about LMS functionality to end-users- Collaborate with local Admin to determine and facilitate best practices- Create and provide LMS Reports- Improve and maintain the LMS Library- Manage the LMS extension to external users - Partner Success Factors- Improve and structure the claim management process- Support the Content Developer to configure the LMS items- Supervise the learning assignments on a global basis**What you need to have**:- Associate degree or two years of college, plus training and at least twosystems- LMS administrative experience- Must have a broad knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, basic networking- principles, web browser, and integrated Office suites (e.G.
