**The Role**
In this role you’ll be key player in offering to our customers the best delivery performance at the best cost from our shipping locations in the EMEA region.
You’ll have an opportunity to build strong relationships with our Global and Operational teams in order to identify priorities and activities needed to optimize distribution of our products
**What you will do**:
- Manage in/outbound flows for the EMEA region and associated countries except France in compliance with local regulations and company policies and responsible of the achievement of Global logistic Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the platform
- Implement delivery routes to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) according to Logistic Route global strategy and maximize logistics Key performance Indicators KPI’s for both European and international flows
- Responsible for billing control and report from all carriers in the scope of the region
- Responsible for the achievement of the freight budget for flows in the scope of the region
- Follow and improve logistics key performance indicators (KPI’s) for regional organization and ensure the achievement of highest quality services as per Logistic Route standard
- Manage emergency plans in case of exceptional events as natural disasters, strikes, epidemic diseases, material shortage etcand implement specific solutions
- Follow and optimize freight expenses recovery plan to customers
- Lead carriers continuous improvement projects on both service and cost
- Handle logistic claims and drive corrective actions with carriers
- Manage and maintain the Logistic Routes documentations for all carriers, as well as complete monthly activity report and tasks
- Responsible for contract & agreement review or update for all carriers
**What you need to have**
- 5+ years working experience in carrier and freight forwarding industries, knowledge for integrated supply chain management preferred
- Education/Training Required: College degree or above, major in international logistics preferred- SAP is a plus
