role.Depending on your scientific background, you will be assigned to a relevant field. We are primarily seeking editors educated in
(but not limited to)
areas such as
Remote Sensing, Biosensors, Signal and Image Processing, Electronic and Computer Engineering, Automation Instruments & Applications, Medical Electronic Instruments, Surveying & Mapping Instruments, Optics, Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence.Apply if your education or professional background aligns with one or more of these key areas.Responsibilities:
Support the editorial process for academic research journals in your area of expertise.Contact experts and organize peer reviews for submitted manuscripts, ensuring timely completion.Handle email communications related to the publication process.Format manuscripts according to our standards, adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistency.Collaborate with the editorial and production teams, including the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, authors, and reviewers, to ensure smooth operations and timely publication.Monitor research developments in your discipline and assist in achieving journal development goals.Requirements:
PhD in one of the relevant subjects.Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience in scholarly publishing is advantageous but not mandatory.Reside in Spain and have legal authorization to work.What We Offer:
