&##We are looking for a Product Owner or Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.
&##Work mode: 100% Remote
&##Collect and analyze the country's business requirements for the assisted channel tool.
• Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions.
• Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Spanish (Required).
