Would you like to be part of our team?We are looking for a Technician Documents Control (QA), who will support the quality system management process, facilitating the flow of information and documentation to pass audits, training, and other company operations.
Your main responsibilities will be:Supporting the implementation of the document control system, including performing document audits and monitoring the department’s IT systems.Assisting the quality engineers in documental planning and reviewing, trainings and tracking incidents.Supporting the management of the quality department’s training center, including VPS Standard guidelines, collecting and handling samples parts and tracking worker’s qualifications and certifications.Providing support in the preparation, reception, and follow-ups of non-conformity closure for system-related audits.
Your profile and qualifications:Intermediate Technical training and Quality Management system knowledgePossession of an internal auditor certification will be valued.High level of English (C1) and Spanish. Deep knowledge of Chinese culture and fluency in the Chinese language would be highly valued.At least 1 year of experience in Quality departmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeRequired on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
