Position commencement:
as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.
Responsibilities
* Clerk I (Senior Executive Assistant) :
Provide finance, human resources, procurement and administration support to the Department;
handle academic programmes matters when necessary;
liaise and coordinate with internal and external units/organizations;
assist in organizing activities and events of the Department;
perform other duties asassigned.
* Clerk II (Executive Assistant) :
Handle academic programmes matters for the Department;
assist in tasks relatedto human resources, finance and procurement;
liaise and coordinate with internal and external units/organizations;
assist in organizing activities and events of the Department;
perform other duties asassigned.
Qualifications
* Recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in handling academic programmes;
preferably with experience in finance matters;
experience in handling postgraduate programmes would be an advantage.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and communication skills;
strong problem-solving skills;
ability to work independently as well as in a team;
and attention to detail.
* Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Executive Assistant.
