Join our dynamic team as a Developer where you will leverage your expertise in SFDC Development and Customization to drive impactful solutions. With a focus on Salesforce DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration you will play a crucial role in enhancing our systems. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contributing to innovative projects in the Cards and Payments domain.
Responsibilities
* Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
* Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
* Manage SFDC data effectively ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
* Implement SFDC Lightning components to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
* Oversee SFDC integration processes ensuring smooth data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
* Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
* Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to support user adoption and system understanding.
* Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine Salesforce solutions.
* Work collaboratively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and team cohesion.
* Utilize language skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration.
* Exhibit domain knowledge in Cards and Payments enhancing the relevance of Salesforce solutions.
* Show proficiency in Spanish as a native speaker with the ability to read write and speak English fluently.
* Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
* Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
* Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Salesforce technologies and methodologies.
