A New Product Launch officer will be responsible for its own portfolio, where each project shall be analysed and delivered as per agreed terms / timelines / signed contracts.
NPL officer shall follow up all the purchase order process since it has been placed until it is delivered, by providing all necessary approvals / requirements to respective teams. Understanding of registration procedure is a key to define best launch strategy and align with customer on its terms and conditions.
Job Role and Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio responsibility as per agreed budget. Portfolio analysis product/customer vise. Each project status/requirements in time. End to end Order processing: order entry, acknowledgment, communicate to the plant, provide all requirements. Product/customer correct set up in the system as per signed contracts/agreements. Coordinate planning and manufacturing on time. Follow the process until the goods are delivered at destination. Coordinate with EU sites if required (secondary packaging/testing/release/import). Keep customer informed about project status.
* Local system update.
* Sales, project status, regional reports on monthly basis.
* Weekly updates between commercial office and plants.
* Consolidated demands/timelines.
* System alignment between commercial office and the plant.
* Being part of operational meetings/regular project updates internal (internal departments) and external (customer/CMO/EU Lab).
* Coordinate pending activities between all the departments, to meet common goal: deliver on time and in full.
* Customer complaints: Acknowledging to the customer and following it up.
* Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
* Help to implement new or improved supply chain processes.
Person Specification
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply chain/Customer service.
* Experience in Pharma sector.
* Experience in project management would be a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is a must (written/spoken).
* MS Office knowledge.
* SAP basic skills.
