This role focuses on implementing CRM automation programs across multiple channels to maximize conversion, last-click demand, and customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related fields with experience working with CRM/ESP tools. They should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple automations simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement omnichannel consistency for CRM automation and personalization programs
- Execute triggers and lifecycle marketing journeys based on user behavior and stage
- Analyze the customer base to identify activation, retention, growth opportunities defining automated communications
- Propose hypotheses run experiments (A/B tests timing content) improve active automations performance
