)Location of this roleIt’s a remote-first role with the option to go to one of our super nice offices!What we are looking for?We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to execute the global delivery strategy.Your mission will be ensuring the successful and high-quality delivery of technology solutions to our clients, exceeding their expectations, by being the glue between our clients and our teams, fostering collaboration, building strong relationships, and nurturing a culture of excellence.Main responsibilities include:
Planning, scheduling, budget tracking, forecast, and overseeing the execution and delivery of software and web projects, which may be fixed price, T&M, support, or augmented.Ensuring project completion and overseeing the project teams.Managing client needs and expectations to foster positive relationships and client satisfaction.Owning the delivery of multiple engagements, managing scope, schedule, risks, and issues to meet contractual commitments.Prioritizing roadmaps to guarantee continuous delivery and meeting deadlines.Monitoring engagement health using metrics like risk logs and health checks, and taking proactive actions.Reviewing new contracts and scope extensions.Managing budgets, creating billing plans, forecasting revenue, and monitoring financials to ensure project profitability.Reviewing and approving timesheets for accurate invoicing.Managing staffing needs and planning for capacity, budget, and opportunities.Collaborating on presales activities when required.Supporting onboarding of new employees and engagement teams.Fostering team motivation, engagement, and a culture of empowerment and collaboration.Providing guidance and supporting performance management activities within the delivery teams.Minimum requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.Strong communication and active listening skills in English.Ability to manage projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.Effective skills in budget, risk, and issue management, with proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction, planning, and time management.Ability to foster collaborative environments, build relationships, and recognize achievements.What One Beyond offers:
