Developing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (eg. KOLs, influencers and other local crypto leaders), to attract first-time-depositors and tradesMaintaining the existing KOLs relationship and performanceProviding timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit’s Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with Bybit’s internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to Bybit management teamBeing an integral member in developing a comprehensive African growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionBeing an integral member in executing on the strategy creatively and practicallyExpanding Bybit’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customersEnhancing and building Bybit’s reputation and business in local marketsResearching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.Keeping up with the latest trends on social media, such as YouTube, TikTok etc. and within the Blockchain influencer communityWe are looking for candidates:
Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets (Spain as priority), with existing relationship with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystemTrack record in Business Development or SalesIs self-driven, feels passionate about making impacts where the rules are undefined – listening to the market on what is needed and finding ways to execute and make impactIs result-oriented, and does not stop until the final business results and customer satisfaction are achievedPassionate about the world of Blockchain and web3With the ability to analyze sales figures and write reportsHas superb leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in BA, marketing, finance or related field;
MBA is advantageous.Previously managed and led a team of highly skilled BD or Sales professionalsBilingual:
fluent in English and preferably 1+ local languages
