ABOUT OUR OFFER
* A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary, but also your average earned monthly commission of 2.000 EUR on top.
* 40 working hours, and 1,5 days off per week
* 2 paid annual leave days per month
* A company iPad & uniform are of course standard.

ABOUT THE JOB
* Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability.
* Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
* Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way.
* Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport.
* Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
* Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling.
ABOUT YOU
* A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests.
* Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
* Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service.
* Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative - thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team.
* Fully conversational in Polish plus English.
* Driving license + own car is mandatory.
