In this role you join the Performance Marketing Technology team in Barcelona to build and operate the high-scale marketing data infrastructure that powers AI-driven growth. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, PMs, and Data Scientists to turn complex data into data-driven solutions that support marketing initiatives. You’ll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering scalable pipelines and tools while aligning technical roadmaps with business goals. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity at a leading travel platform, offering meaningful work shaping data ecosystems and AI-powered marketing.

Responsabilidades
• Technical ownership & strategic thinking to build/scale engineering solutions
• Experience in complex data initiatives (ETL/ELT, data modeling, data applications, reverse ETL)
• First experience with AI and ability to leverage AI coding assistants
• Data orchestration experience with Airflow and Dagster
• End-to-end project delivery of high-complexity data projects with multiple stakeholders
• Agile/Scrum experience and ability to contribute in iterative development
• Mentorship and code/data model review capabilities
• Strategic communication of complex data architectures to technical xpzdshu and business stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with data-driven validation of hypotheses and data quality
• Team player with collaboration in multicultural environments and English proficiency
