The Mission (What you will actually do)
Your role will bridge the gap between local real estate network sourcing and inbound marketing support. You will be the face of our partner network and the master of our property portals:
* Partnership Architecture: Identify, contact, and onboard local real estate agents, brokers, and architects, establishing a high‑performing ecosystem of long‑term referral alliances.
* Portal Governance: Manage and optimize our corporate listings on national real estate portals (like Idealista), controlling their performance and positioning to maximize lead velocity.
* First‑Touch Screening: Act as the first operational filter for incoming inquiries, screening prospects to guarantee an absolute premium hand‑off to our Sales team.
* Marketing Activation: Serve as the hands‑on local liaison for our Corporate Marketing department, capturing real‑time visual assets on‑site and launching organic lead initiatives.
* CRM Discipline: Track, log, and report 100% of your partner interactions and portal metrics in our internal CRM system to ensure crystal‑clear data transparency.
