Lead the Lathing Production Section at Ronda Thailand (130 Decolletage- and CNC
machines, 35 employees), with full responsibility for production, engineering/maintenance, quality performance, raw material management and project development.

What you make happen
Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and engineers in the lathing production area.
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of 130 Decolletage- and CNC machines.
Drive production performance to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and delivery.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes, cycle times, tooling performance, and OEE.
Ensure compliance with customer- and internal quality standards and lead problem-solving activities.
Manage manufacturing costs, material usage, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance to secure machine availability and process stability.
Collaborate with headquarters, suppliers, and internal departments to support projects and operational improvements.
What makes you unique
Technical apprenticeship in micro- or poly-mechanics, or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or training is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC or machining production, including proven leadership experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a decisive and straightforward personality.
Solid background in CNC machining; experience in decoletage is a plus.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Thai, German, or French is a plus.
