Main Objectives:
* Influence ECPs and owners to adopt a proactive mindset towards contact lenses.
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Account settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
* Develop customer relationships and negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Collaborate with sales teams, owners, and ECPs to drive business growth.
Category Development
* Create and implement strategies to increase contact lens adoption.
* Understand and leverage customer needs, channels, and buying groups.
Team Collaboration
* Foster strong relationships within the team and provide value through active participation.
* Attend training sessions, congresses, and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
Reporting and Administration
* Maintain accurate records and reports of sales, administrative tasks, and customer interactions.
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs, competitor information, and product knowledge.
