EBRO is a growing automotive OEM focused on innovation, quality, and sustainable mobility. As part of our strategic expansion in the automotive industry, we are launching a Graduate Program designed to develop young talent and future professionals within our organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our After-Sales Department. This Graduate Program offers a structured development path where participants will gain hands-on experience in service operations, warranty management, customer support, parts management, and dealer network coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the administration, validation, and monitoring of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Assist in analyzing warranty performance indicators, claim trends, and dealer network results to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
* Collaborate with technical, quality, and aftersales teams to support warranty investigations, product issues, and corrective action implementation.
* Monitor dealer warranty operations, providing support to ensure accurate claim submission and adherence to warranty standards.
* Analyze customer feedback, warranty data, and service KPIs to identify recurring issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Participate in projects related to warranty optimization, service quality improvement, and aftersales process efficiency.
* Support the development and implementation of warranty programs, service campaigns, and new aftersales tools across the dealer network.
* Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance, claim analysis, and key aftersales metrics for internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
* Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields).
* Degree obtained within the last three years, in order to comply with the requirements for a Graduate / Training Contract under Spanish labor regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Interest in the automotive industry and after-sales operations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Spanish and advanced level of English. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
