Overview
As a Senior Business Development Manager in Ingram Micro's DC/POS Business Unit, you'll lead strategic vendor relationships and drive growth across key verticals like retail, healthcare, and logistics. You'll be at the forefront of enabling innovation through advanced technologies such as mobile POS, RFID, and digital signage—working with the largest dedicated DC/POS team in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow strategic vendor partnerships, aligning on programs, promotions, and business goals.
* Lead contract negotiations, resolve operational issues, and monitor vendor performance.
* Collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver impactful GoToMarket strategies.
* Drive enablement through training, events, and solution development.
* Identify new business opportunities and influence product and service innovation.
What You Bring
* 8+ years of experience in business development, vendor/channel management, or IT distribution.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor others.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
