We are looking for a CEE Regional Sales Director, working from our Headquarter, based in Madrid, Spain. As a CEE Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for the overall profitability and headcount of the company in a specific territory, thus establishing and leading each Country' Sales Team as well to implement and achieve the sales strategy and also participating and supporting very sales oriented events. Your responsibilities: Recruit, establish and lead an experienced digital sales oriented team Participating in the recruiting and hiring process of the commercial team Motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals Creating sales reports and a P&L report of the sales operation for each country to provide to the your direct manager Being responsible for the sales target of each country of your territory of control Providing detailed sales forecasting on a quarterly, semester and annual basis Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships Obtaining, allocating and adjusting operations resources to achieve sales and service goals About you: Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector and Media Agencies industry Highly valued: Previous experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG. Full proficiency in both s poken and written Spanish and English (mandatory) Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership position Proven experience in reporting to C-Levels In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills Strong ability on leading multicultural sales teams and strategic thinking Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous ​Why Vidoomy?
