Job Description:** A vacancy for an open position inside the Industrial Composite Technology Innovation and development team for Central Manufacturing Engineering has arisen within Airbus Operation in Illescas factory. The jobholder is responsible for the development and maturation of Non Destructive Testing technologies for composite & metal up to industrial maturity demonstration at full scale and the following dissemination of these technologies. *
Lead composite technology developments
* Lead &/or contribute to projects to industrialize and mature technologies
* Lead technology development for composite including automation and link to process monitoring for predictive quality control.
* Contribute to Industrial Strategy for composite Technology for short, mid and long-term term (R&T)
* Collaborate with partners such as Technological centers or suppliers for new developments.
* Lead projects for Industrialization of technologies
* Manage risks inside the R&T and dissemination projects.
* Project Management experience (local and transnational)
* Experienced industrializing projects related to composite manufacturing
* Non Destructive Testing Knowledge
* Artificial intelligence & data analytics basic skills would be appreciated
* Awareness of Composites Assembly processes & technologies would be appreciated
* Knowledge of Composite Quality requirements, including manufacturing Specifications, Processes & Standards
* Negotiation level in English
