Who Will You Work With:
Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturing company committed to excellence in operations and technology. You will work closely with both office-based teams and production floor personnel, providing critical IT support to ensure seamless business operations.
About the Role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, managing IT infrastructure, and providing day-to-day technical assistance to employees. Your role involves working on a wide range of issues from connectivity and performance problems to device maintenance and cloud support.
This is an on-site role based in Corella, Navarra – Spain. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on technical support to all employees across the organization.
* Troubleshoot issues including network connectivity, device performance, cloud migration, and system access.
* Install and configure devices and software, including updates, repairs, and data transfers.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, handhelds, and servers.
* Manage and resolve user-generated support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
* Technical education or certification in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or a similar field.
* Experience with Microsoft O365, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant IT support experience;
2+ years preferred, especially in industrial or manufacturing settings.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support users across different departments.
