They are now looking for a Head of CRM to lead the strategy, execution, and scale-up of their CRM efforts on the Sportsbook vertical. The Head of Sport CRM is responsible for leading and scaling CRM strategy across 50+ sports projects. This role oversees a cross-functional team, drives customer engagement and retention initiatives, and ensures best-in-class CRM performance across all sports verticals. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics teams to support business growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee CRM strategy across 50+ sports-related projects.
* Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing CRM team.
* Define and implement CRM best practices to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
* Monitor CRM performance, set KPIs, and ensure continuous optimization across all sports verticals.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a Head / Lead-level CRM or similar leadership role within iGaming field
* Proven experience in the Sports industry or sports-related digital products.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
