As part of the team at BOSS Store Serrano, you will be joining one of our flagship stores in Spain, representing the premium values of the brand.
As a Stockist, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of the store's stockroom, making sure that products are properly organized, controlled and available for the sales team, thus contributing to an excellent customer experience.
- - Position: Stockist
- Location: BOSS Store Serrano, Madrid
- Working hours: 30 hours per week
- Shifts: Monthly rotating shifts
- Working days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (4 working days, 5 hours per day)
- Contract: Long-term contract
What you can expect:
In your role as Stockist, you will be responsible for all stockroom operations in order to optimize the retail business and improve the efficiency of the sales process, thus driving commercial success.
- Reception, control and organization of merchandise in the stockroom.
- Management of delivery notes, labeling, tagging and preparation of products for the sales floor.
- Placement and replenishment of stock according to visual merchandising guidelines and business needs.
- Inventory control, support in regular stock takes and resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and safety in the stockroom, in line with HUGO BOSS standards.
- Close collaboration with the Store Manager and the sales team to prioritize product needs.
- Compliance with company procedures and internal policies.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in stockroom, replenishment or stock-related functions (ideally in fashion/premium retail).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical agility to handle boxes and move merchandise.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Desirable: basic level of English or other languages.
- Commitment to the values and brand image of HUGO BOSS.
