En Rhenus AIR & OCEAN buscamos a una persona que se incorpore en a nuestro equipo como Help desk para proporcionar soporte de 1er nível a todos los usuarios de Iberia, escalando los problemas al siguiente nível cuando sea necesario. Esta persona se ocupará de dar servicio y soporte de IT tanto a nível de software como de infraestructura al país ayudando al negocio a alcanzar sus objetivos de continuidad. Además esta persona deberá vigilara y mantener toda la infraestructuras de IT manteniendo los estándares de gestión de servicios e infraestructura de TI de A&O; y trabajando para ello con estrecha colaboración con todo el equipo de IT del sur de Europa y a nível general.- Experience/deep knowledge in IT Infrastructure, IT operations (ideally with cloud infrastructures), IT service management and IT implementation and support.- Experience in systems, collaboration, virtualization, cloud-based solutions, networking, and security to his position.- Good knowledge of Windows platforms and mobile devices such as IOS and Android.- Experience with ticketing and project management systems- Expert knowledge in ITIL- Very good analytical skills and a strong service and customer orientation- High level of responsibility- Adheres to process, policies, and standards.- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to communicate effectively and to build relationships in a diverse multicultural environment- Ability to travel within the country- Available to communicate with partners and colleagues from different time zones- Fluent in English and Spanish
