The team you will be a part ofYou will be part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team, working closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, and external logistics providers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transport and warehousing operations in an international environment.This role in summaryThe Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end transport and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, and driving cost optimization and continuous improvement across logistics processes.Your responsibilities will include- Lead transport planning and manage carriers for inbound and outbound logistics flows.- Manage customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.- Analyze freight costs, negotiate rates with logistics providers, and optimize transport routes.- Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and service performance levels.- Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Resolve escalated operational issues and support cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning).- Prepare regular performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.- Perform invoice verification, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.Minimum requirements- 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in an international environment.- Strong knowledge of international transport, customs procedures, and Incoterms.- Fluency in English (written and spoken).Preferred skills and experiences- Hands-on experience with ERP and TMS systems (e.G.
