We are hiring an Application Support Engineer in Madrid to support the ongoing success of enterprise software solutions within a global environment. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, maintain system stability, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve application support requests and technical issues promptly.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address software functionality and usage.
* Troubleshoot software problems using Oracle SQL/PLSQL and basic Linux (Bash).
* Contribute insights to help improve the product.
* Engage in ongoing learning, including technologies such as Java and JavaScript.
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL) and basic Linux (Bash).
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Willingness to learn and grow technically.
* Understanding of retail, logistics, or consulting environments (a plus).
