What are we looking for?
We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.
MISSION
Design and execute sales systems, processes, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team's capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Focus on 10 Lakh+ towns for urban GTM, including outlet and frequency selection.
* In rural GTM, select town classes and set visit frequencies.
* Determine manpower levels for rural and urban areas.
* Manage channel structure and inputs.
Develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemist channels, including visibility initiatives.
* Oversee the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat databases.
* Plan distribution activities and off-take strategies.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Achieve sales targets and improve distribution parameters across channels and programs.
Qualifications:
* University degree, preferably an MBA.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG general trade roles, with regional SDTM experience.
* Strong analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
* Proficient in MS Office tools.
