Mission
\n
Support the Solution Design Team to prepare high-quality responses to tender documents and ensure compliance with client requirements, monitoring industry trends and competitor pricing strategies to refine bidding approaches.
\n
Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the tender process to align on the commercial and technical aspects of tender response.
\n
Maintain the database of pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Provide support to the Solution Design team during the tender stage, including tender-related inquiries and communications.
\n
Analyze and manage tenders, RFQs, and RFPs for IP & ES from local clients, regional offices, and global teams, ensuring coordination with relevant offices for data collection and integration into technical & commercial proposals.
\n
Design and provide technical solutions in coordination with the Company's SMEs (Engineering, Chartering, Operations, QHSE, Legal, Finance, etc.).
\n
Assess, review, and evaluate tenders, bids, and proposals to verify pre-qualification criteria, contractual exceptions, technical specifications, and pricing requirements.
\n
Prepare and submit accurate, compliant, and competitive commercial bid responses, including contract exception lists, within set deadlines.
\n
Develop competitive pricing models to maximize profitability, coordinating with general and local pricing teams to secure optimal carrier and service provider rates for incorporation into commercial proposals.
\n
Collaborate with the operations team to design tailored logistics solutions for IP & ES, including support for the Project Control Center as needed.
\n
Conduct post-mortem analyses and generate periodic reports on tender performance, win/loss trends, and project timelines.
\n
Oversee online customer bid portals for online bidding, when required.
\n
Monitor pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
\n
Maintain pricing database in line with the strategy set forward by the Global Solution Design Team.
\n
Oversee vendor selection and follow Group strategy depending on each project's requirements, geography, and scope.
\n
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting specific departments, divisions, or individualized projects.
\n
Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted commercial and technical proposals, as well as regional pricing tools strictly following CEVA Global guidelines.
\n
Attend internal meetings to review tender performance and business outcomes and prepare materials for those meetings.
\n
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety, and Environmental risk levels in the area of responsibility.
\n
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
\n
Education & Qualifications
\n
Bachelor's Degree.
\n
Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Supervising, or Pricing within freight forwarding.
\n
Computer literacy (MS Office).
\n
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and discuss tender-related subjects.
\n
Fluency in English.
\n
