Your Mission
Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives that convert curious drummers into lifelong fans.
What You’ll Own Full-Funnel Growth :
Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships). Performance & Operations :
Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* 2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).
* Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.
* Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.
* Fluent in English (Portuguese and / or Spanish is a plus).
* Self-directed with a bias for action; you thrive in small, high-impact teams.
Bonus : A background in music, drumming, or ed-tech.
