What will you do?
* Participate in the design and development of software solutions for challenging projects.
* Review, assist, and oversee projects involving your teammates.
* Drive key technical decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.
* Ensure robust test coverage and CI/CD pipelines.
* Communicate effectively in an Agile environment.
* Review and validate bug reports promptly.
Main Requirements
* 5+ years of experience with Java.
* Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
* Advanced understanding of architecture design and software design patterns.
* Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Solid testing practices and clean code principles.
* Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
* Experience with containers.
* Bonus: experience with Kotlin.
* Passion for technology and software development.
* Quick learner with a drive to grow.
* Strong team player mindset.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
