A leading travel tech scale-up is expanding its sales team in Barcelona and is hiring ambitious, language-skilled professionals to join as Sales Development Representatives. What You’ll Do:
* Identify and engage potential clients in the Nordic or DACH markets
* Execute outbound sales campaigns via email, phone, and other tools
* Present modern travel solutions to key stakeholders like HR managers, office administrators, and travel coordinators
* Work closely with Sales Executives to refine outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
* Contribute ideas to improve team performance and sales processes
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, along with strong English skills
* Currently based in Barcelona or elsewhere in Spain, with valid work documentation (NIE, Social Security number, bank account)
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field — or strong academic background with commercial mindset
* A motivated, high-performing individual with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
* Comfortable working in fast-moving, start-up-style environments
* Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS, tech sales, or the business travel industry
