Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.Process and respond to support tickets related to our Einstar and Rigil products .Support customers with product-related questions and technical issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.Develop practical solutions independently and support their implementation.Document solutions clearly in the ticketing system and internal knowledge bases.Conduct remote support sessions (e.G. via TeamViewer) in close collaboration with R&D and other technical teams.Escalate and coordinate more complex issues with relevant departments after consultation with supervisors.
Your ProfileYou speak Spanish fluently and have a good command of English .You work in a structured, reliable, and customer-focused manner.You enjoy helping people, whether by phone or in written communication.Initial experience in customer support, service, or a technical environment is an advantage, but not required .You are confident using computers, ticketing systems, and remote support tools, and you are eager to learn new technologies. xiphteb
