Multinational FMCG company requires a leader to manage the operations of its manufacturing site in Valencia, with more than 180 employees. brReporting to the Group Operations Director, this role will take full responsibility for the day‐to‐day performance of a fully integrated production facility. The position provides leadership across all operational areas, including manufacturing, engineering, health safety, logistics, and regulatory compliance. A central objective is to uphold a safe, efficient, and high‐quality production environment that meets both internal standards and industry regulations. brMain Responsibilities brOwn the plant's P L, ensuring operational performance meets budget expectations and broader business goals. brLead the development of budgets, forecasts, and production schedules, while coordinating closely with customer supply chain teams. brGuarantee that products are delivered on time and consistently meet defined quality requirements. brChampion initiatives focused on cost optimization, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety. brOversee maintenance activities and material‐handling operations. brManage capital expenditure plans and drive key operational projects. brMonitor performance metrics to support long‐term strategic objectives. brCultivate a collaborative, transparent, and positive work environment across all teams.
