Large Format Senior Finance Manager Description - Job Summary The Large Format Finance Manager – Services & Division FP&A is a senior finance leadership role with dual accountability across the Large Format Finance organization. The role combines direct financial oversight of the LF Services business with end‑to‑end FP&A ownership for the entire Large Format Division, across all processes, long and short term. In this role, the individual acts as a trusted finance partner to Services and Large Format leadership, owning Services financial performance while also providing consolidated financial insight, planning, and performance management for the full division. The position manages a finance team and plays a critical role in aligning Large Format strategy with financial outcomes, strengthening governance, and driving continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, analytics, and financial processes across the division. Responsibilities Manages a team of exempt individual contributors, that typically support large and complex business units or finance functions. Lead financial management, planning, and analysis for the Large Format Services business, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate objectives. Own and manage Services P&L performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and productivity analysis; clearly explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior periods, and identify risks and opportunities. Provide leadership and oversight to the financial enablement of new Software and solutions within the Large Format portfolio, included within the Services business envelope Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Services financial reporting, including compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and finance policies. Lead end‑to‑end FP&A for the entire Large Format Division, including annual Budget plans, Flash, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning, and management reporting across GBU and GTM, including P&L, Spend and other metrics. Partner with Large Format senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making, scenario planning, and investment prioritization at a divisional level. Drive divisional performance management by identifying key financial drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, cost, margin, and operating leverage. Establish and maintain standardized FP&A frameworks, KPIs, assumptions, and planning cadences across Large Format finance to ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability. Drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and process standardization to elevate financial insight, efficiency, and decision quality. Drives talent management, employee selection, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee development and coaching in career development, and operational management. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10 years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
