Our client is an international leader in the insurance sector that helps people stay safe and protected.
What will you do?
As part of the Belgian Telesales/Customer Service department, your main tasks will include:
* Answering inbound calls in French and offering insurance products to consumers.
* Registering appliances for consumers who have purchased new appliances.
* Capturing all relevant details and confirming the registration.
* Explaining legal warranties, additional insurances, and product offers.
Who are we looking for?
* Native French & Dutch speakers; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
* At least 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service environments.
* Strong commercial profile with good sales techniques and objection handling skills.
* Excellent customer service skills, comfortable working towards targets and adapting to product changes.
* Effective communicator capable of providing insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
