At least 3‑4 years of demonstrated and hands‑on experience building multiple off‑the‑shelf or bespoke digital solutions at scale for sustainability risk management, accounting or reporting use cases such as CSRD, CBAM, EUDR, GHG Protocol, portfolio management, TCFD, ISSB, CSDDD, CDP, EcoVadis, PCF, LCA, etc. /li liProven ability to envisage and design end‑to‑end data and digital architectures, including data modelling, integration, cloud platforms and analytics. Preferably certification or multiple deployment experience with Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability or SAP Sustainability control tower. /li li10 years of experience in data architecture, data governance and business process optimisation. /li liMindset: Demonstrated ability to think disruptively and innovate beyond conventional approaches. /li liCommunication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. /li liCertifications: Relevant certifications in data architecture, AI or related fields are a plus. /li liProven track record of implementing data and AI solutions. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. /li liProficiency in solution selling and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders. /li liKeen interest in constant self‑development and tackling new and complex challenges. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. /li liExpertise in MDM platforms (e.g. Informatica MDM, SAP MDG) and data lakehouse technologies (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse). /li liStrong SQL and data modelling skills (relational, dimensional and data vault). /li liExperience with data integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP, ETL frameworks). /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern data architectures. /li liKnowledge of compliance, audit and risk management in data environments. /li /ul h3About dsm‑firmenich /h3 pAt dsm‑firmenich, we don’t just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
