We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations. Your mission:
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Full administrative management: invoices, contracts, client registrations, and reports
- Charter coordination: check-ins, check-outs, and client documentation
- Office management: logistics, suppliers, and inventory
- Financial follow-up: Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.)
- Client communication: email, phone, and front-desk coordination

- Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
