Job Description:
Are you interested in becoming the key connector in our Supply Chain department? Do you want to contribute to the development of our supply chain planning? We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner responsible for all EMEA supply chain activities for the Medical Vision business (MV), including demand & supply planning, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment with our 3PL. This role involves managing purchasing, inventory, VAL activities, and inbound logistics, working closely with order fulfillment coordinators, product management, sales, finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the monthly PSI planning cycle for MV.
* Manage license purchasing with the product manager.
* Oversee VAL work orders for HDD testing, staging, and repacking.
* Coordinate daily logistics between suppliers and warehouses.
* Manage customer orders for MV.
* Handle consignment inventory/VMI with key customers.
* Maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
* Create and update supplier master data.
* Support compliance activities and reporting.
* Generate performance reports.
* Drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and cost optimization.
* Assist the Supply Chain Manager in purchasing and supply activities.
Qualifications:
* Over 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in a start-up environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
* Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptability to new challenges and environments.
* Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
* Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP), Excel; Power BI and Power Automate are advantageous.
