Join us to apply for the Global Partnership Sales Executive (REMOTE) role at Ninjas in Pyjamas.

We are Ninjas in Pyjamas, probably the world's most legendary esports team. Born in 2000 with Counter-Strike in our blood, we have pioneered the esports scene since its inception. We earned our stripes by competing at the very top level across almost a dozen game titles and we never lose — we only win or learn. Our vision is to bring gaming culture to a world without boundaries.

As the right hand to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in sourcing, developing, and closing global brand partnerships. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and deep market research to drive revenue growth and brand alignment for NIP. You'll help shape partnership strategies, build high-impact sales materials, and be on the frontline with potential partners. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to NIP's next chapter of commercial success and advance your career in a fast-moving, global industry.

Responsibilities include:

* Identify and research potential partners aligned with NIP's brand, audience, and values.
* Support the commercial team in managing the sales funnel and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Assist in sales meetings, calls, and partnership pitches.
* Manage communication and deliverables throughout the sales cycle to ensure a world-class client experience.
* Create compelling, polished pitch decks in collaboration with the Design team.
* Tailor proposals and sales collateral to meet client objectives and market trends.
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
* Translate data into actionable recommendations for partnership development.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and esports departments to align on team performance, branding, and storytelling.
* Support integration of commercial efforts into ongoing brand initiatives and content opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Approximately 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in sports, esports, media, or entertainment.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Passionate about esports and digital culture, with curiosity about fan and brand engagement.
