Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise growth in Spain by selling Data & AI solutions to top accounts from Madrid. You will own a Madrid-centric territory, shaping GTM motions, and leading complex, consultative deals with C-suite stakeholders, backed by a partner ecosystem. You’ll accelerate data platform and analytics modernization while enabling a fast path to Sales Director. This is a high-impact, growth-focused position in a collaborative, people-oriented culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own and grow a Madrid-centric enterprise territory - Build and execute account plans to win new logos and expand strategic accounts across priority verticals in Spain (FSI, manufacturing, retail, life sciences) - Drive full-cycle, complex deals (discovery, value engineering, negotiation, close) with presales, delivery and customer success - Sell the modern data stack & services (Snowflake, Azure, Fabric;
Tableau, Power BI, Qlik;
staff augmentation, managed services) - Package staff augmentation and managed services with SoWs, MSAs, rate cards, SLAs - Co-sell with partners by orchestrating joint plays with Microsoft, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik;
align demos, POVs and exec briefings - Forecast with precision: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, QBRs using CRM insights - Prepare to lead: shape industry plays and define Spain GTM motions toward Sales Director promotionResponsabilidades - 7-12 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in data/analytics - Proven success selling data cloud platforms (Snowflake/Azure/Fabric) and self-service BI (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) into Spanish enterprises - Experience selling staff augmentation and managed services, including crafting SoWs - Fluent Spanish and professional English;
French is a plus - Comfort engaging C-suite (CDO, CIO, COO, Heads of Data/Analytics) with a clear ROI narrative - Strong partner motion experience with Microsoft and Snowflake;
