What we ask
The perfect candidate will:
1. Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or MBA
2. Be experienced in FMCG retail commercial environments
3. Be able to identify areas of financial risk and opportunities
4. Have great commercial knowledge, know how to improve results within the business model
5. Have several years of experience in sales controlling (minimum 5 years)
6. Have strong business acumen and be able to act as a business partner for the local MT (steering/influencing)
7. Have the capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan, driving corrective actions
8. Be able to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
9. Be a problem solver
10. Have entrepreneurship mindset
11. Have strategic thinking skills (vision/concepts)
12. Have a “Can Do” attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile
13. Able to professionally communicate in Spanish & English
14. Have previous experience working with SAP and Power BI
