As a Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer, you will contribute to strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level by overseeing the recruitment process of candidates and providing them with an exceptional experience within Amaris Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify and address the needs of hiring managers;
* Conduct pre-selection interviews via phone calls;
* Follow up on the recruitment process;
* Promote Mantu on job boards and social networks directly;
* Develop a network and create a portfolio of candidates;
* Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
* Benchmark the recruitment process;
* Improve our job offer contents;
Ideal Profile:
* Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
* At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition;
* Curious with a proactive mindset;
* Fluency in English and Dutch;
* Proactive and team player attitude;
* Service-oriented with great communication skills;
* Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity;
